Before storage commences, due to the volatile nature of agricultural chemicals and products, you should consult with local, state, and federal officials prior to storing any mixture of products, to determine the suitability of combined storage in a closed area. Due to the inability of Leonard® Aluminum Utility Buildings, Inc. and AmPen, Inc. to determine the subsequent usage of this building by the purchaser, Leonard® Aluminum Utility Buildings, Inc. and AmPen, Inc. expressly disclaim any assumption of responsibility of damages that may occur from material stored within the building.
Leonard® Aluminum Utility Buildings, Inc. hereby extends a one (1) year limited warranty to the initial purchaser of the product as to the defects in materials and workmanship of the bulding only. The limited warranty of the exhaust fan and the electrical heating system is covered by the warranties of the respective manufacturer. Leonard® Aluminum Utility Buildings, Inc. and AmPen, Inc. shall not be responsible for any consequential damages resulting from the use of said building for agricultural chemical and related products storage purposes.
Leonard® Aluminum Utility Buildings, Inc. and AmPen, Inc. make no representations by the sale, construction, or delivery of the product to the buyer, as to the suitability of the onsite set up of the building on the buyer premises. Buyer should consult with local, state, and federal authorities for compliance with the appropriate procedures for placing the building into storage operation, in such a manner to avoid potential soil, water, air, and other environmental contamination. Certain surface and subsurface screening procedures may be advisable as part of installation to protect the integrity of chemical product contamination in the event of a spill. Consult your local building inspector for approval prior to usage.
In the event of inclement weather, the building should be checked promptly to insure the integrity of the storage function against breach by unforeseen exterior forces.
