Upon purchase of a Penastore Chemical Storage Building from AmPen, Inc., a checklist will be included with your owner's documentation. This checklist should be completed and copies filed with:

• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA),
• your local state university's Agricultural Extension Office,
• AmPen, Inc.,
• Leonard® Buildings, Inc., and
• your business records.
